There are some positive and negative human impacts on the Near-Shore Zone, like an oil spill. This can kill everything it touches. But on the other hand, we can clean it up which costs millions or even billions of dollars. We even pollute the beaches we love. We are so lazy, we can't pick up even a simple piece of trash. We also have nature preserves which help lots of animals successfully live and reproduce. We can even use the ocean to our advantage like wind energy.

A problem in the Near-Shore Zone is that people leave trash on the beaches. Some animals eat this trash, then choke and die. It is crazy to think that maybe you could be the reason for a poor dead animal. We want to preserve our wildlife, not destroy it. Another big issue is over-harvesting of fish. People fish too much and the species of fish are dying off.
Every beach will look like this if we don't stop polluting them.
There is plenty of solutions to the problems above. One solution to water pollution is to stop it. stop throughing your trash into the water. if you stop polluting the water with your trash and clean up the trash that you see in the water near shore the near shore zone will be cleaner and the wild-life there will survive instead of dieing because of us. A solution to us eating the wild-life to much is to eat less fish and other near shore wild-life and eat other things in the world there is more to eat than just near-shore zone wild-life. So stop making the near shore zone wild-life disapear before your eyes and help clean it up.
